Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return process.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Clearance or sale items
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at 1zebranics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for an exchange or offer a refund, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
